1. What we provide
Azuverse operates an online learning platform that provides live one-on-one online language-development lessons and assessments for children aged 2–16, delivered by independent education specialists via video call, together with related learning materials and parent progress reports. Our services are educational in nature. They are not medical, psychological or clinical services, and nothing on our platform constitutes medical advice.
2. Accounts and booking
- Services are booked by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over ("you"). You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child attending lessons.
- Bookings are made through our website, by email, or with our support team. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you get a written confirmation.
- You agree to provide accurate contact details and to keep them up to date.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are listed on our Pricing page in US dollars (USD) and are charged in USD. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion and fees.
- Payment is due in advance and is processed online by a third-party PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
- Lesson packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Promotional prices and discounts apply only within the period and conditions stated in the specific offer.
4. Scheduling, rescheduling and missed lessons
- Lessons can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- If a lesson is cancelled by you less than 24 hours in advance, or the child does not attend, the lesson is considered used, except in documented emergencies reviewed case by case.
- If a specialist cancels or a lesson fails for technical reasons on our side, the lesson is not deducted and is rescheduled at your convenience.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: unused package lessons are refundable pro-rata at any time during package validity; assessments are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Your responsibilities
- A parent or guardian must be reachable during lessons for children under 6 and available to assist with technical setup.
- You are responsible for a working device, camera, microphone and internet connection on your side.
- You agree not to record, copy, resell or redistribute lesson content or learning materials without our written consent.
- You agree to treat specialists respectfully; we may decline service in cases of abusive behaviour, with unused lessons refunded.
7. Intellectual property
All learning materials, lesson plans, branding and platform content are the property of Azuverse or its licensors and are provided for your child's personal educational use only.
8. Privacy
We process personal data — including limited data about your child, provided by you — under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azuverse's total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law. Educational progress depends on many factors, including regular attendance and practice; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
