Yes — lessons can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We'll match you with another specialist at no cost, and the lesson where the mismatch happened is on us. If you decide to stop, unused package lessons are refunded pro-rata.
